A lovely quiet village where the house opened directly onto the street.

With three rescue dogs, our first task as pet sitters was a morning walk at 6am, as by 8am it was too hot for us cool climate Brits, in July.

On entering the village square our charges called other village dogs and we would eventually set off with several of the neighbour’s dogs too, however during the course of our walk we were joined by three big Mastín Español or Spanish Mastiff.

As they approached it was quite intimidating but they were big “Softies”, and continued with us right back to the village, where we arrived like the “Pied Piper” with many dogs in tow.

  1. Monty and Matty were excellent pet sitters. My three dogs were treated just as I treat them. Unfortunately the day I left one of my dogs had a rather bad tummy upset, most rare in my dogs, and I was concerned for both parties. They kept me updated throughout the day and following days and put my mind at rest. I couldn’t have asked for more. I received photos of the daily walks with three very happy dogs! My house and plants had been looked after and the house was cleaner than when I left it. I thoroughly recommend them to look after your valuable family pets and home. I look forward to seeing them again as long as they can fit me in!
